The subject of this service description are services for outdoor facility planning in accordance with § 39 HOAI. Initially, only LPH 2 to 4 (1st stage) and LPH 5 to 8 will be commissioned at a later date for the planning of the outdoor facilities (step-by-step contract).

The following structural expansion measures are to be implemented at the location of the OBS-Mitte at tom-Brock-Str. 15:

A two-storey extension solution to the "old" cafeteria, in the course of the 1st construction phase, from 2023 to the end of 2024, with the completion of the canteen with dining room on the ground floor, the specialist room for home economics with teaching kitchen and 4 offices for school social work on the 1st floor.

At the end of 2023, the 2nd construction phase will take place with the demolition of the sports hall and new construction for the music area, meeting rooms and rooms for 4-You and is expected to be completed in mid-2025.

The outdoor area is also to be unplanned and redesigned.

The eligible costs amount to approx. € 2,000,000 and the project has been provisionally classified as fee zone 4.
