The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for simultaneous detection of genetic material of DNA HBV, RNA HCV, RNA HIV plasma pools by automatic method together with all necessary consumables and consumables, archiving of test material and lease of the necessary equipment with complete and complete instrumentation. Detailed requirements of the subject of the contract regarding the expected quantities, quality parameters are included in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Price Calculation Form – Description of the Subject of the Contract. Whenever the Contracting Authority indicates specific standards or processes or products that could lead to a restriction of competition, these provisions should be interpreted as exemplary requirements. The Ordering Party allows offering an equivalent subject of the contract provided that the offered subject meets the minimum requirements specified by the Ordering Party. The burden of proof in this respect rests with the Contractor.

The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for simultaneous detection of genetic material of DNA HBV, RNA HCV, RNA HIV plasma pools by automatic method together with all necessary consumables and consumables, archiving of test material and lease of the necessary equipment with complete and complete instrumentation. Detailed requirements of the subject of the contract regarding the expected quantities, quality parameters are included in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Price Calculation Form – Description of the Subject of the Contract. Whenever the Contracting Authority indicates specific standards or processes or products that could lead to a restriction of competition, these provisions should be interpreted as exemplary requirements. The Ordering Party allows offering an equivalent subject of the contract provided that the offered subject meets the minimum requirements specified by the Ordering Party. The burden of proof in this respect rests with the Contractor. The Ordering Party informs that the maximum usable load of ceilings in the room above the second floor, in which the diagnostic system will be located, is 200kg/m2. The Ordering Party allows offering a diagnostic system (analyzer) with a mass exceeding the permissible useful load of ceilings only if the offer is accompanied by a construction expertise prepared by PROBADEX-KRAKÓW Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., with its registered office in Niepołomice, Mokra 20, post office 32-005 Niepołomice, e-mail: konstrukcja@probadex.pl . The content of the expert opinion must indicate the possibility of placing the diagnostic system (analyzer) in the indicated room. The expert opinion may not be conditional, variant or impose any conditions as to future and uncertain circumstances. The Ordering Party indicates the following places of foundation of the diagnostic system (analyzers): room 3.10 III p., Building at 11 Rzeźnicza Street in Krakow. In the event of damage incurred in connection with the inability to perform tests in the laboratories of the Contracting entity for reasons attributable to the Contractor, the Contractor shall be obliged to repair this damage by paying the difference between the tests commissioned externally and the tests performed in the laboratories of the Ordering Party. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant bids. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial bids to be submitted. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the use of an electronic auction. The contracting authority does not provide for the application of the requirement referred to in Article 95 of the Act. The contracting authority does not provide for the application of the requirement referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Act. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the right to apply for the award of the contract only by contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Act. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Act consisting in the supply of reagents and consumables for testing for RNA HAV and Parvo B19 DNA in plasma pools with a value not exceeding 30% of the basic order.
