This contract consists of the conclusion of a framework agreement and, subsequently, subsequent contracts for the supply of reagent products used for waste water treatment.

The objective of the framework agreement is to designate a maximum of three tenderers who have submitted the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of award criteria specific to the framework agreement (see Title I. Part I. 'Award criteria applied to the framework agreement' of the CSF).

For each subsequent contract, these three economic operators will be put back in competition on the basis of award criteria specific to subsequent contracts (see Title I. Part I. 'Award criteria applied to subsequent public contracts' of the CSF).

This batch concerns the supply and delivery of 40% ± 1% ferric chloride (FeCl3) used for the treatment of waste water and/or sludge.

This batch concerns the supply and delivery of an aluminium salt solution used for waste water treatment.
