As a social landlord, it is our legal obligation to ensure a safe evacuation of tenants and users of our properties in the event of a fire. Therefore, we are required to provide smoke ventilation systems within our multi occupational residential buildings. Existing systems are in situ at various sites in the Tees Valley and Newcastle. We therefore require a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the servicing and maintenance of smoke ventilation systems within the Group’s buildings, in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice.
Thirteen Group require a suitably qualified contractor to carry out servicing and maintenance to Thirteen Housing Group buildings which have automatic mechanically operated smoke extraction systems currently installed.
