Pursuant to art. 35 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the total estimated value of the contract, including the annual renewal option is equal to EUR 1 200 000.00 (VAT excluded). There are no interference security costs pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 81/2008.

(a) the total estimated three-year amount is up to the competition of EUR 900 000.00 (excluding VAT);

(b) the estimated total amount for the annual renewal option is up to the competition of EUR 300 000.00 (excluding VAT).

The amount referred to in (a) represents the auction base in relation to which to make the bid.

Bids are not allowed up compared to the auction base.

Partial offers of the types of supply provided for in the economic offer form are not allowed.

Multiple offers are not allowed pursuant to art. 32, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.
