This is a contract for the provision of Resettlement / Tenancy Support and Sustainment Services (RTSS) in County Sligo, Republic of Ireland. The overarching objective of the RTSS is to provide housing resettlement supports and visiting support to households with low to high support needs, in order to assist them to occupy (or continue to occupy) their housing and progress from homelessness or risk of same, towards independent living.
