For each sub-contract, a contract is concluded on the basis of the draft contract included in the tender documents. Each contract is entered into for a 2-year period with the option of renewal as options of 2 x 1 year. If necessary, the extension is subject to unchanged contract terms.

Effective date of the contracts is expected to be 1.3.2019.

SMOKA wants supplies of Vermiculite (medium 2-6 mm) used for packaging material in connection with the packaging and transport of dangerous goods.

Vermiculitte has historically been ordered throughout Read, pt. 720 bags per 100 liters per liter. read. However, the contractor's consumption pattern may change during the term of the framework agreement.

The supplier must be able to supply all cans and dishes that appear on the offer list with UN approval. So far, packaging is ordered once a week, for delivery the following week. However, the contractor's consumption pattern may change during the term of the framework agreement. In the event of an urgent need, faster delivery of smaller quantities may be needed.
