The purpose of the consultation is to carry out third-party application maintenance services for applications developed under the Faveod technology of the Conseil d'État, administrative courts, and the National Court of Asylum Law. The framework agreement consists of:

— section 1: initialization of services and support for application maintenance;

— section 2: standard maintenance;

— section 3: scalable and adaptive maintenance, and implementation of new applications;

— section 4: reversibility;

— as well as comitology not included in the sections except meetings relating to section 1.
