the consultation is launched by the support institution of the Drôme Ardèche Vercors Territorial Hospital Group (Ght) in accordance with the provisions of Article R.6132-16 of the Public Health Code.---This consultation concerns the following party establishments:-Centre hospitalier Drôme Vivarais,-Centre hospitalier de Crest-Restauration Nord-Drôme (Gcs Rnd)---The procurement procedure is a formalised procedure within the meaning of Article L2124-2 of the French Order Code in the form of an open call for tenders in accordance with the provisions of Article R2124-2, 1° of the French Public Procurement Code. In particular, it is subject to the provisions of Articles R2124-1, and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code
