The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel – the supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E together with a distribution service. The forecasted amount of gas fuel is 39 070 419 kWh (using a conversion factor of 11.4 – 3 427 225 m3), including:

1) Part 1 of the order - Comprehensive supply of natural gas in 2024 – 21 516 793 kWh

2) Part 2 of the order - Comprehensive supply of natural gas in 2025 - 17 553 626 kWh.

Part 1 of the contract – Comprehensive supply of natural gas in 2024

1. A detailed PPG List is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ.

2. Estimated amount of natural gas – 21 516 793 kWh.

3. PPG quantity - 112.

4. Delivery period: from 01.01.2024r. to 31.12.2024r. – subject to a different start date for deliveries for two PPGs (Annex 1a to the SWZ, column "Delivery period").

5. Number of contracts – as a result of the settlement of the proceedings, 27 contracts will be concluded.

Part 2 of the contract – Comprehensive supply of natural gas in 2025

1. The Detailed List of PPG is attached as Annex 1b to the SWZ.

2. Estimated amount of natural gas – 17 553 626 kWh.

3. Number of PPG – 100.

4. Delivery period: from 01.01.2025r. to 31.12.2025r.

5. Number of contracts – as a result of the settlement of the proceedings, 25 contracts will be concluded.
