FinnHEMS Lentopalvelut Oy (FinnHEMS Flight Services Ltd), a company organised under the laws of Finland (hereinafter "FinnHEMS", "Customer" or "FHLP") is launching this public tender process to procure Night Vision Goggles and and related accessories (together “Supplies” or “NVG”). FinnHEMS has a budget for the procurement.

The contract does not create a volume purchase obligation for the Customer, nor an exclusive right for the Supplier.

FinnHEMS fleet is approved for the ITT F4949 MX-10160 F9800 series IIT, green phosphor, Class B filter. Therefore, only the mentioned NVG can be offered.

The Customer selects one supplier. Selection criteria as stated in the procurement documents.

The Contract signing is estimated in April 2023.
