TU Dresden, Botanical Garden - New construction and renovation

Planning Technical Equipment AnlGr. 1, 2, 3, 7, 8.

Subject of the contract are the services of the technical equipment according to Part 4, Section 2 HOAI for the equipment groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 according to § 53 (2) HOAI iV with RLBau. The scope of services includes the provision of service phases 1 (partial), 2 and 3 as well as 5 to 8 according to Annex 15 to § 55 HOAI, whereby a stepwise commissioning is carried out.

The scope of planning concerns several partial measures (TBM): TBM 02 - Building Research and Teaching, TBM 03 - Herbarium, TBM 05 - Building Warehouse and Workshop and TBM 15 - Technical facilities in outdoor facilities.

Based on a first cost forecast, the total costs (KG 200- 600) of EUR 25.0 million are gross for the measures to be planned. Of this, the tendered services of the TA amount to approximately 788 900.00 EUR gross.

With the extension of the usable outer area, buildings, greenhouses and open spaces will be rebuilt and sections of the demolition of a large part of demolition-recommended buildings and greenhouses will take place.

The execution takes place in sections in 3 realization sections. The buildings "Research and Teaching" TBM 02 "Herbarium" TBM 03 and "Warehouse and Workshop" TBM 05 are assigned to realization section 2. The TBM 15 "Technical systems in outdoor facilities" is carried out with the respective construction phases over the entire construction period.

- TBM 02 Building Research and Teaching:

It is a 2-storey new extension with office space, meeting and library room. The new building will be placed on an existing basement floor. The development of the new building is carried out via the existing media (KG 410, 420) from the existing building. For necessary areas, mechanical ventilation must be planned. The existing building is excluded from the planning. There are no above-average requirements for the new technical equipment / installations to be planned.

- TBM 03-Herbarium:

It concerns the renovation of an existing building, which is extended by the increase of a new upper floor. The technical equipment / installation must be rescheduled throughout the building. The KG 410 and 420 are not subject to above-average requirements. To the KG430 special technical requirements are placed on the indoor climate for the collection and working rooms (rooms where plant material is prepared and preserved) with a relative humidity of 55-60% and a constant room temperature of 21oC. 3 depot rooms are to be equipped with preparation workstations (KG 470).

- TBM 05 building warehouse and workshop:

It is a 1-storey new building with various areas for storage such as pots / pots, consumables, machinery / equipment, garden furniture u. Furthermore, storage facilities for fertilizers, toxins and fuels as well as general workshop and welding room are planned. The technical equipment / installation of the KG 410, 420, 430 and 470 has to be planned. There are no above average requirements.

- TBM 02, 03 and 05:

In the buildings listed, the adaptation of the building management system to the latest version and the modified technical systems must be planned in the KG 480. It is the factory standard of the building automation of the TUD in its currently valid version mandatory to note.

- TBM 15-technical systems in outdoor facilities:

The planning includes the KG 542 water systems and KG 544 heat supply systems and includes exclusively the pipeline network, ground and / or canal laid, between the buildings (or greenhouses) of the property Botanischer Garten. In addition to the planned TBM 02, 03 and 05, the connection values (media supply) of 5 greenhouses are to be considered and the dimensioning of the pipeline network outdoors. The interfaces to greenhouse and civil engineering planets must be observed. This requires intensive cooperation / coordination.
