To this end, the contracting authority tries to conclude a framework agreement with several economic operators for a period of 4 years. The patient and doctor decide which implant to choose.
The tendering takes place according to the open procedure (the open procedure is a tendering procedure with only one round, on which any entrepreneur can submit tenders) in accordance with the European Public Procurement Directive 2014/24 / EU and the resulting "Procurement Law 2012" of 1 July 2016.
The award shall be based on the award criterion of the most economically advantageous tender based on the best value for money.
