This consultation is not an allotie. It follows the declaration without further action in Lot 3 on consultation for the supply of fuel and associated services. It is a framework agreement concluded with a single operator (single awardee) with a maximum annual amount defined in the consultation documents, and it is executed by issuing purchase orders on the basis of unit prices. Prices are subject to review. The contract takes effect from its notification until 31 December 2026
