Hå municipality (hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority) is planning to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery and installation of keys, locks, fittings, access control and door automation with accompanying maintenance and service at the facility.

The amounts in the framework agreement may be adjusted during the agreement period. 

The tenderer must be able to deliver and install locks and fittings, including lock boxes, lock cylinders, keys, door closers, door automation, electrical end pieces, motorised locks, etc.

The tenderer must be able to deliver, install, program and offer service for the access control systems as required by the Contracting Authority at any given time. This includes the systems that have been installed by the municipality at its local servers and independent systems that are located individual buildings.

The procurement will cover the contracting authority's needs for legally required controls, service and maintenance of automated doors and ports in the municipality's buildings.

The tenderer must pursue cost-effective solutions.
