Purpose of the services: Operating contract for the monitoring, maintenance, driving, troubleshooting and total guarantee of the communal swimming pool of Binche.

Comment: This contract aims at the monitoring, maintenance, driving, troubleshooting of all technical equipment including: heating, ventilation, water treatment installations (including hot water and sanitary), lighting, sanitary installations as well as indoor and outdoor dripping and gutters of the roof, intrusion, surveillance cameras, fire detection, gas installations, maintenance of the bottom vacuum cleaner and general electricity of the communal pool.

The supply of products for the maintenance, treatment and filtration of pool water and sanitary water are also included in the services.

By conducting technical installations, it is understood that:

- preventive and curative maintenance of thermal installations;

- preventive and curative maintenance of technical installations;

- the conduct and monitoring of these installations and the eventual implementation of an investment plan.

The total warranty includes:

- the full guarantee of thermal installations;

- the total guarantee of technical installations.
