Full name of the contract: Preparation of design documentation for the task "Construction of an integrated interchange in Bielsko-Biała (together with a passenger service zone)" as part of the task entitled "Construction of an integrated interchange in Bielsko-Biała".

The subject of the contract described below contains the needs of the Ordering Party and the characteristics of the service being the subject of the contract, as well as the minimum requirements for the description of the subject of the contract or the performance of the contract, non-negotiable, which must be met by all tenders.

The scope of the contract includes:

1) basic scope: preparation of design documentation for the construction of an integrated interchange in Bielsko-Biała (together with a passenger service zone),

2) the scope covered by the right of option: performing multi-branch author's supervision during the implementation of construction works.

1. The basic scope of the contract includes the preparation of design documentation for the construction of an integrated interchange in Bielsko-Biała (together with a passenger service zone), including in particular:

(a) execution of the construction project;

b) preparation of the documentation necessary to prepare the application for co-financing under the FEnIKS 2021-2027 programme;

c) preparation of a water law report;

d) preparation of geodetic documentation concerning the resumption of border points and land divisions;

e) preparation of geotechnical documentation;

f) drawing up an opinion on the value of plots to be occupied for investment;

g) implementation of the project of temporary and target traffic organization;

h) preparation of documentation necessary to obtain a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment;

i) preparation of documentation necessary to obtain a decision on environmental conditions for the implementation of the investment;

(j) execution of the detailed design;

k) preparation of pre-measure and cost estimate documentation,

2. The scope of the contract covered by the right of option includes the performance of multi-branch author's supervision during the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the above-mentioned documentation (more information in Section II.2.11).
