The Assignment concerns advising the design team on the further development of the Preliminary design into a final design, the Engineering of the final design into a Technical Design and the (pre)production and installation of the three Components mentioned in the tender documents.

The Assignment concerns advising the design team on the further development of the Preliminary design into a final design, the Engineering of the final design into a Technical Design and the (pre)production and installation of the three Components mentioned below. Pre-production is understood to mean: all preparatory work that is necessary before the actual production can be started.

1. Tentoonstellingsmeubilair

• The (pre)production and installation of the complete Exhibition furniture, including Basic mounting supports;

• The (pre)production and Installation of all Interactives, including all control and the associated mechanical and electrical buttons and/or levers;

• The delivery and installation of a vibration detection system;

• The (pre)production and installation of the graphic expressions, such as the texts, text boards, light letters, prints and infographics on walls and furniture and stickers on floors; and

• Supplying and installing PET felt plates (with or without graphic prints) on part of the walls in the rooms 'Value of stability', 'Value of trust' and 'Kluisexperience'.

2. AV-Hardware

• The (pre)production and installation of all AV hardware, including the configuration, programming and materials required for video projections, such as projection canvases or projection foils.

3. (Recessed) lighting

• The (pre)production and installation of the (recessed) lighting and light boxes, including the required light programming, tendon frames and span fleeces; and

• The (pre)production and installation of the lighting fixtures, including additional three-phase rails and the control, programming and connection to DNB's building management system.

Finally, the execution of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of the Components (exhibition furniture, AV hardware and (recessed) lighting) and stock management are part of the Assignment and the Agreement to be concluded. To this end, DNB will conclude a Service Level Agreement with the Contractor on the basis of the 'Annex – Principles Service Level Agreement'.
