The advertising agency's mission is to analyze the market and Infrabel's communication objectives and to assist Infrabel in the positioning of the brand and the communication of the company in 3 distinct areas:
- communication around rail safety
- le corporate branding
- l'employer branding
The agency shall:
- Participate in the development of the communication strategy and the strategic reflection concerning the actions planned or to be planned
- play the role of lead agency that creates and coordinates a strategy of means (strategic planning)
- develop creative concepts as well as, on request, production, realization of materials and supports
- on request: test, monitor and measure the actions carried out
- on request: make media recommendations.
