The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and maintenance of educational and tourist facilities to be performed in the Andrychów Forest District in 2023.

1. The subject of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) point.

including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and maintenance of educational and tourist facilities to be carried out in the Draboż Forestry in the year

2023.

2) The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of farming and conservation of the forest,

fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and maintenance of educational and tourist facilities

resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.2. – a list of distances and conditions of wood harvesting;

3) The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are

Estimated.

4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are set out in the Annex

No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Attachment No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for the execution of forest works" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director

General State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description"

standard of forestry work performance technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with

changes introduced by amending decisions;

Appendix No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology in the Regional Directorate of Forests

State Office in Katowice adopted by Decision No. 70 of the Regional Director of the State Forests of

October 24, 2022 on the amendment of Decision No. 62 of the Regional Director of the State Forests in

Katowice of 21.09.2022 on the introduction of the regional "Description of the standard

technology of execution of forest works" in the forest districts of RDSF in Katowice.

Specified Appendix No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ a detailed description of the technology standard

performing individual forestry works (activities) is the basis for determining quality requirements

relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). If

the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 2

to SWZ), in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to SWZ do not apply

themselves.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject

the orders are described in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.

6) A description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
