The planned construction project involves the new construction of the Solitaire 2 building in accordance with attached architectural plans. The building is constructed using reinforced concrete, with parts of the wall surfaces being built in exposed concrete class SB 3. A flat foundation is also made and the floors are made of reinforced concrete. Door and window elements are supplied and assembled from aluminum. The necessary earthworks and the laying of the main pipe for rain and waste water pipes are advertised in a separate lot. A seal of the base plate holding pressurized water is carried out.

The building is attached directly to an existing building. the new building to be erected has 2 levels of different uses. The building serves as an event hall and is open to the public in all areas. Appropriate increased care and quality compliance is expected during execution. all wall surfaces will remain as finished surfaces, so they must be protected accordingly. Due to the short construction time, the construction schedule is of the utmost importance and the work schedule must be adhered to after coordination. The outer shell receives a thermal insulation facade, windows and glass facade as an aluminum construction. The roofs are all greened, and a reversible roof is formed in the area of the reinforced concrete roofs. The interior stairs are all planned as fair-faced concrete stairs and should also be realized in this way. According to the construction schedule, sections should already be worked out if the building is not yet closed, this must be taken into account in the calculation.
