The Hyde Group (THG) is looking to enter into a 5-year contract with supply chain partners to supply and deliver gas materials (inc boilers and related plumbing materials) to circa 1 000 000 GBP value per annum to property maintenance (PM) based in Havant. PM has a main base in Havant from which it currently provides responsive repairs, void minor works and an out of hours service; gas/heating/hot water servicing and breakdown repairs investment work on kitchens, bathrooms, rewires and heating replacements and grounds maintenance to residential properties in the South region comprising Hampshire, Surrey extending in to West and East Sussex, Kent, Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire regions for gas boiler maintenance and repair THG/PM are looking to partner with gas materials/boilers Spares supply chain partners who have experience in setting up and managing a responsive repairs and planned works lean materials supply chain contract with on demand delivery on a just in time basis.

Materials supply chain partners to supply and deliver gas materials (inc boilers and associated plumbing materials) to THG's Havant office and to the property maintenance operatives in the field to top up and replenish van stock on a just in time basis also delivery of materials directly to jobs on site throughout Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, Kent, Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire regions for gas boiler maintenance/repair.
