The subject of the contract is the implementation of a dedicated system for managing processes, projects, programs and project portfolios along with training and helpdesk service

1. Design and implementation of dedicated software for managing processes, projects, programs and portfolios - an IT system that allows the implementation of procedures, techniques and documents necessary for the smooth functioning of individual organizational roles until June 30, 2023 2. Conducting an introductory training in the field of strategic and operational system management aimed at building fundamental competences necessary for the active participation of employees of the City of Krosno and subordinate units in the organizational change – 10 three-day trainings for at least 150 people (min. 15 people for one training). Each group will participate in a three-day training cycle, of at least 6 clock hours per day, a total of 18 clock hours until January 31, 2023 3. Conducting a management audit in the Office and in subordinate units – concluded with a report. Detailed pre-implementation analysis of the Krosno City Hall and subordinate units (structures, regulations, organizational culture) until January 31, 2023 4. Preparation and implementation of an integrated methodology for managing processes, projects, programs and portfolios, including the development of management system documentation describing organizational roles, principles of operation, procedures, techniques, documents and conducting trainings in the field of process, project, program and portfolio management methodology for employees of the Krosno City Hall and subordinate units – 5 trainings for min. 100 people (min. 20 people for training) by 30 June 2023 5. Conducting training in the use of dedicated software - 5 trainings for min. 100 people (min. 20 people for one training), preparing users to use the functionality of the prepared software until June 30, 2023 6. Conducting training preparing for system management communication with the use of software - 5 trainings for min. 100 people (min. 20 people for one training) by 30 June 2023 7. Helpdesk for dedicated software for project, program and portfolio management consisting in one year of support for dedicated process management software, including the implementation of the necessary modifications / changes in the software one year from the date of receipt of the software.
