1. The subject of the contract is the provision of property insurance, civil liability and motor insurance of Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowo-Handlowo-Produkcyjnego "LECH" Spółka z o.o. in Białystok, excluding the location of ZUOK in Białystok.
2. Detailed requirements related to the subject of the contract are set out in Chapter 8. Number and description of part of the order IDW (Volume I SWZ) and in the Model Contract (Volume II SWZ). The Contracting Authority divides the order into three parts and allows the submission of partial tenders into one, two or all parts.
Part I — property insurancePart I — property insurance
a) Part I of the contract covers the provision of property insurance services against all risks,
b) Insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,
c) Insurance of construction machinery and equipment.

Part II - Liability insurance in connection with owned property and/or businessPart II - Liability insurance in connection with owned property and/or business
Part II of the contract covers the provision of the service of civil liability insurance of the insured person for damage caused to a third party in connection with the insured person's activity or possessions, which are used in such activities, resulting from:
1) tort within the limits of statutory liability (tort liability)
2) non-performance or improper performance of the obligation (contractual liability insurance).
Civil liability of the insured for placing the product on the market and the service rendered, as well as liability remaining in concurrence of liability with other extensions of the scope.

Part III - Motor insurancePart III - Motor insurance
Part III of the contract covers the provision of motor insurance services, i.e.:
(a) compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance,
b) Autocasco insurance,
c) insurance of accidents of the driver and passengers in connection with the movement of vehicles,
d) assistance insurance.
