By books and teaching aids we mean all types of teaching aids for 6th form college education and vocational education in accordance with the competence objectives in the curriculum. Teaching aids includes i.a. teacher guides and masters, fiction books, subject books, reference books and non-fiction literature as well as audio books. The definition is not exhaustive.

School owners are responsible for the education in the sixth form colleges occurring in accordance with laws and regulations, including teacher plans. Troms fylkeskommune has decided to continue a lending scheme for free teaching aids, both printed and digital. The scheme involves the teaching aids being stored and administered as soon as possible to the individual student, i.e. the individual school.

The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on the delivery of:

— teaching aids that cover the at any given time applicable teaching plans in the Knowledge Promotion Reform, hereunder new teaching plans resulting from the introduction of the trade renewal,

— teaching aids that cover the teaching plans in the Knowledge Promotion Reform in the common core subjects,

— teaching aids for sixth form education, vocational schools and equivalent level, hereunder teacher guides and masters for these books,

— all types of books for the county municipality’s agencies / libraries and to all school libraries for all of the 6th form colleges and further education in the county,

— any other teaching aids for further education.
