Description:
Construction of a college located on the road from Angeline to Montussan. Call for applications in competitive dialogue procedure for the award of a global performance procurement

The contract to be awarded is a comprehensive performance contract awarded pursuant to Articles L. 2124-3 and L. 2124-4, L. 2171-3 of the Public Order Code and Articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-3, R. 2171-2 to R. 2171-22 and in competitive dialogue with jury pursuant to Articles R. 2124-5, R. 2161-24 to R. 2161-31 of the said code. The purpose of the operation to which it relates is to build a college in Montussan, with a projected capacity of 800 students, including gyms, outdoor sports plateau and catering.
