This framework agreement concerns: the execution of catenary works linked to the renewal of certain catenary equipment or the adaptation of catenaries following track works.
This contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement during which several partial orders will be placed. Each partial order will relate to a minimum amount of one hundred thousand (100,000.00 EUR) euros excluding price revision.
Infrabel undertakes to schedule the different work phases for each partial order in order to guarantee the successful tenderer:
- that each work phase covers at least a period of 21 calendar days,
- on average, over the entire work phase, at least four services per seven calendar days.
If the senior official imposes a work phase that does not meet the criteria described above and that this non-compliance is attributable to the proper organization of this market (non-availability of clippings, supervisor ...), Infrabel will take into account charges the return transfers of the works train by rail in Belgium for this phase of works.
If the managing official proposes a work phase meeting the criteria described above and that at the request of the successful tenderer, this is reduced so that it no longer meets the minimum criteria, Infrabel will not take into account charge for train transfers.
