1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity, in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 for 195 energy consumption points, for the needs of street lighting, operation of buildings, premises and utility facilities in the municipality of Zgierz, in the amount of 2,217,490 kWh, with the proviso that to individual points of electricity consumption, specified in detail in Annexes No. 1, 2 and 3 to SWZ.

The supply of electricity will be carried out for the needs of facilities qualified for 3 groups according to the following classification:

Group 1 — road lighting,

Group 2 — buildings, premises,

Group 3 – facilities: hydrophores, treatment plants and pumping stations

2. The tangible scope of the order includes the purchase of electricity to:

- 150 energy consumption points for street lighting, 6 energy consumption points for buildings, i.e. the zgierz Commune Office building, sports and recreation facility

in Rosanów, the Centre for Social, Cultural and Sports Activation in Gieczno, the village common room in Jedlicze A, the economic building in Jedlicze B, for which the payer of invoices is the Municipality of Zgierz;

- 40 energy consumption points for lighting, buildings, premises and utility buildings, for which the invoice payers are:

- Municipal Zakład Komunalny, Dąbrówka Wielka, 6/8 Kościelna Street, 95-100 Zgierz,

- Primary School in Biesiekierz Rudny, Besiekierz Rudny 20, 95-001 White,

- Primary School in Dąbrówka Wielka Street 49, 95-100 Zgierz

- Primary School in Gieczno, Gieczno, School 2, 95-001 Biała

- John Paul II School and Pre-School Complex in Grotniki, Brzozowa 4 Street, 95-073 Grotniki

- Primary School in Słowik, Słowik, 42 Gdańska Street, 95-100 Zgierz,
