Fire protection planning
It is currently assumed that 2 independent buildings will be built. However, the two buildings BDC and CSME are directly spatially related and must be designed structurally, separately from the technical building equipment and the supply and disposal systems.
The current state of work assumes 5 full storeys with a maximum height of 5 m, followed by a recessed staggered storey and a building high point as an accent. This results in a maximum building height of 30.0 m to the upper edge of Attica and a maximum of 37.0 m for the building high point. For the provision of parking spaces, the construction of a basement is planned.
The BDC area will comprise approx. 15,000 m2 gross floor area and 10,000 m2 of which will be usable area. The area of the CSME is dimensioned for 10,000 m2 gross floor area and 6,000 m2 of which is usable area.
The plot intended for construction has an area of approximately 16,000 m2 and is adjacent to public transport space.
The subject of the tendered contract is the planning of fire protection according to AHO booklet no. 17 accordingly for service phases 1-8 plus special services.

The work phases are ordered gradually/optionally. In the first service stage, work phases 1-4 are commissioned. The second performance level comprises the service phase 5, the third performance level the service phase 8
The client reserves the right to commission individual stages together.
An unconditional legal claim to commissioning the further services does not exist.
