The tender contest applies to a framework agreement for the delivery of ICT equipment to the Grenland municipalities and municipal / inter-municipal enterprises that are at all times a member of GKI's (the Grenland municipalities) purchasing system.

GKI (the Grenland municipalities) purchasing system is a joint purchasing system that includes all 6 municipalities in Grenland: Skien, Porsgrunn, Bamble, Kragerø, Drangedal and Siljan. The agreement value is estimated to approx.: NOK 41,000,000 excluding VAT per annum.
