It is subject to the provisions of Articles 25-i.3 o and 75 to 76 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is passed pursuant to Articles 78 and 79 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of notification and may vary within the following limits: 100 000 - 600 000 EUR HT. The estimated date of notification is 29.5.2018.
