A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope of the duties of the Contractor is described in the Procurement Terms Specification and:

1. Annex No 2- description of the object of the order,

2.Annex 3 - the proposed provisions of the contract,

3.Explanations of SWZ content on the contractor's requests during the tender procedure (if applicable).

Pursuant to the content of Article 257. Pzp, the Contracting Authority may invalidate the award procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted and the possibility of annulment of the procedure on that basis was provided for in the procurement notice — in an unlimited tender procedure, limited tender, announcement negotiations, competitive dialogue, innovation partnership.
