The Verbandsgemeinde Loreley is a local authority in the Rhein-Lahn district in northern Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The association municipality includes the cities of St. Goarshausen, Braubach and Kaub as well as 19 independent local communities. The administrative headquarters are located in the city of St. Goarshausen. A second administrative office is located in Braubach.

The association municipality intends to build a new administration building for the administrative headquarters in St. Goarshausen.

The subject of the present tender is the planning services required for the realization of the new building in 4 professional lots (lot 1: object planning, lot 2: structural engineering, lot 3: technical equipment of plant groups 1-3, lot 4: technical equipment of plant groups 4-8). A phased assignment is envisaged. Planning services should be started after the award has been awarded.

The object of the procurement is property planning services for building planning in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI, service phases 1-9, with which a structural facility (administration building) with a usable area (NUF) of approx. 960 m² is to be built on the client's property, St. Goarshausen district, in a flood-proof design. A phased assignment is envisaged.

The subject matter of the contract is technical planning services for structural design in accordance with Annex 14.1 (basic services) to Section 51 HOAI, work phases 1 to 6, for the construction project “Construction of St. Goarshausen Administration Building”, with which a structural system (administration building) with a usable area (NUF) of approx. 960 m² is to be created in a flood-proof design. A phased assignment is envisaged.

The object of the procurement is services of specialist planning for technical equipment in accordance with the performance profile Appendix 15.1 (basic services) to § 55 HOAI, service phases 1-3 and 5-9 on:

Plant group 1 sewage, water and gas plants,

plant group 2 heat supply systems,

plant group 3 ventilation systems,

on the construction project “Construction of St. Goarshausen Administration Building”. The provision of performance phase 4 is advertised as an option. A phased order is carried out.

Plant group 8 building automation and automation of engineering structures,

on the construction project “Construction of St. Goarshausen Administration Building”. Performance phase 4 is advertised as an option. A phased order is carried out.
