The tendering process aims to identify a contractor for the conclusion of a grant contract in the context of the improvement of the broadband infrastructure in the city of Münster intended by the grantor. The object of the procurement is therefore the construction of a broadband network of the next generation in the underserved parts of the city of Münster with the granting of a lost subsidy.

The city of Münster as grantor intends to build a broadband network in the underserved parts of the city of Münster by granting a requested and already provisionally granted subsidy in accordance with the guideline "Support in Support of Broadband Expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany" of 22.10.2015 in the 1. Amendment of 3.7.2018 and the NRW Guidelines on the co-financing of the federal program to the concessionaire. The final grant applications are to be submitted after successful completion of the procurement procedure and on the basis of the tender results. The aim of the measure is to allow the subsidized subscriber lines in the city of Münster via an NGA network by granting investment subsidies.
