The present project is an extension of the building constructed in the 1970s at the Zürichstrasse 10/12 in Adliswil. Currently there are 2 plots and on 2 basement levels (UG 1 and 2) created structure of 2 lateral areas, which have 5 upper floors (Zurich street 12) and 2 upper floors (Zurich street 10). The central building as a connection between the two multi-storey areas consists exclusively of the ground floor.

The center building and the three-storey area on the parcel Zürichstrasse 10 will be demolished to the ceiling above UG 1 and completed with a four-storey (central) or six-storey tower area.

Together with the existing six-storey area on the parcel Zürichstrasse 12, the expansion will create around 125 new jobs.
