Remediation of the area of the Western Rampart as part of the project entitled: Remediation of the area of the Western Rampart in Gdańsk in Nowy Port.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: Remediation of the area of the Western Rampart as part of the project entitled: Remediation of the area of the Western Rampart in Gdańsk in Nowy Port.

2. The subject of the contract shall, in particular, include:

1) Stage No. 1 - remediation of the soil and water environment (historical contamination of the ground surface) of the Western Rampart in Gdańsk Nowy Port in accordance with the decision of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Gdańsk of 28.07.2023;

2) Stage No. 2 - conducting post-remediation monitoring along with the preparation of as-built documentation (reports) from the monitoring performed in 2024, 2025, 2026 (one measurement for a given calendar year).

3. The detailed scope of the contract and the terms and conditions of implementation are specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference. Other terms and conditions of the contract are set out in the Draft Provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference.
