1. The subject of the procedure shall be “Purchase and delivery of medicines” in detail set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
2. The subject of the contract shall include 24 indivisible packages for which the Ordering Party permits the possibility of submitting partial tenders, provided that the offer in each package shall be full and should meet the detailed requirements set out in the price forms, annex 2 to SWZ as well as requirements included in SWZ.
