Parallel framework agreements shall be entered into which involve the purchase of profiling items for the FRI programme. The Norwegian Directorate of Health shall enter into framework agreement with 3 to 4 tenderers. The Norwegian Directorate of Health chooses a number of tenderers depending on which need we require to cover. These tenderers must be able to deliver profiling items to all 3 of the buyers in later annual mini contests, i.e., it is not possible to submit tender offers on parts of the framework agreements.
