Establishment of multiparty framework for integrated design team services for Údarás na Gaeltachta:

Lot 1: Architect Led IDT for Counties Galway, Mayo and Meath,

Lot 2: Engineer Led IDT for Counties Galway, Mayo and Meath,

Lot 3: Architect Led IDT for County Donegal,

Lot 4: Engineer Led IDT for County Donegal.

Each framework agreement will be established with five economic operators comprising the following disciplines:

(a) architectural services and associated specialist skills;

(b) civil and structural engineering services and associated specialist skills; and

(c) building services (mechanical and electrical);

(d) quantity surveying services.

Work scope for all lots will relate primarily to design of new buildings and the adaptive re-use and refurbishment of existing buildings in all the regions.

Each framework will be established for a period of four (4) years.

Lot 1: Architect Led Integrated Design Team for Counties Galway, Mayo and Meath.

Lot 2: Engineer Led Integrated Design Team for Counties Galway, Mayo and Meath.

Lot 3: Architect Led Integrated Design Team for County Donegal.

Lot 4: Engineer Led Integrated Design Team for County Donegal.
