The purpose of this tender is to select and contract one contractor for the supply and installation of the solar power systems. The end result is a framework agreement with the selected contractor per lot. The framework agreement and the four steps to become a Solar School are inextricably linked for both plots. Due to the guidance and unburdening from Solar Schools, the contractor can offer a more competitive price in the framework agreement; after all, he knows that the location is offered "ready to eat".
