The object of the order is the successive delivery of:

Package No. 1 — Kits for semi-automatic production of platelet blood cell concentrate poured from leukocytic and platelet sheepskin, suspended in an enriching solution in the amount of 21000 pieces;

Package No. 2 — Laboratory Kits with a filter for removing leukocytes from the therapeutic unit of red blood cell concentrate in the amount of 3500 pieces

The subject of the order includes 2 parts, called packages. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders for one or both parts. Each offer shall be full, complete and shall meet the detailed requirements set out in the description of the subject matter of the order — Annex 5 to SWZ.

Package No 1 — Kits for semi-automatic production of platelet blood cell concentrate washed from leukocytic and platelet sheepskin, suspended in an enriching solution of 21000 pieces; Detailed requirements are set out in the description of the subject of the order — Annex No 5A to SWZ.

Package 2 — Laboratory kits with a filter for removing leukocytes from the therapeutic unit of red blood cell concentrate in the quantity of 3500 pieces; detailed requirements are set out in the description of the subject of the order — Annex No 5B to SWZ.
