1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in: collection and management of municipal waste collected in a selective and non-selective manner from real estate on which residents from the Łowicz Commune live, in a way that ensures that the Municipality of Łowicz achieves appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduces the weight of biodegradable waste transferred to landfills; delivery of containers, containers and bags for selective waste collection, collection and management of municipal waste - waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point run by the Municipality; collection and transport of municipal waste to the place of their development from real estate where residents from the Commune and the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point run by the Commune live. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and Chapter 4 of the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in: 1.1. collection and management of municipal waste collected in a selective and non-selective manner from real estate on which residents from the Łowicz Commune live, in a way that ensures that the Municipality of Łowicz achieves appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduces the weight of biodegradable waste transferred to landfills, 1.2. delivery of containers, containers and bags for selective waste collection, specified in the description of the subject of the contract, referred to in § 6 sections 1, 2 and 3 of the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (Chapter 4 of the SWZ), for the duration of the contract for real estate on which residents from the Łowicz Commune live, 1.3. collection and management of municipal waste - waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point run by the Łowicz Municipality, 1.4. collection and transport of municipal waste to the place of its development from real estate where residents from the Łowicz Commune and the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point run by the Łowicz Commune live. 2. The subject of the contract shall cover only municipal waste and shall not cover waste generated and generated as a result of economic activity. 3. The Contractor is responsible for the systematic collection of mixed and separately collected municipal waste in accordance with the Schedule and for their transport and management in municipal installations in order to obtain levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and to reduce the weight of biodegradable waste transferred to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, implementing regulations to the Act and regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality. 4. The scope of the contract includes equipping the residents of the Łowicz commune with containers and bags for waste collection (the containers will be the property of the Contractor). 5. Summary of the amount of waste received in the last three years: 2019 – 1 408.984 Mg; 2020 – 1,784,300 Mg; 2021 - 1,936.64 Mg 7. Approximate quantities of individual fractions of waste are included in the Contractor's Offer Form – Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 8.
