for the purpose of maintaining and modernizing public lighting installations (and festive illuminations) and tricolor light signalling, the City of Soisy-sous-Montmorency wishes, through this framework agreement, to call on competent teams to ensure the proper functioning of the installations, the maintenance of structures and installations, to carry out major repairs and replacements of all or part of the installations and to ensure new work, in particular compliance and modernization

the services to be paid by the incumbent are defined as follows: - management of public lighting installations (item G0) - preventive/curative maintenance of public lighting installations (item G2) - rehabilitation of public lighting installations (item G3) - compliance and modernisation works of public lighting installations (item G4) - interventions and supplies related to Festive Illuminations (item G5)
