This consultation concerns the acquisition of a dual-tilt, electric, heated object holder with active drift correction used in a transmission electron microscope.

Supply of a package including:

- a heated electric double tilt object holder with at least six electrical contacts and a heating system with a MEMS type chip;

- a system for actively correcting sample drift, whatever its nature, during the experiment.

This set will be installed on a Thermo Fisher TITAN cube Themis 300 S-TWIN transmission electron microscope.
