Private space in a data center, intended to house the INPI's production IT infrastructure

INPI is looking for a data center to host its production IT infrastructure. This space must be private and house a redundant and back-up energy distribution system, energy reserves, electrical generators dedicated to backup, a redundant air conditioning system, and a strong internet connection as well as high physical security. We require a private suite in a room of minimum Tier III level or equivalent. All components are maintainable without IT shutdown. The cost of the room is a flat rate and includes all components. The current room is housed in the Paris region. The IT infrastructure (servers, storage racks, backup robot, network and telecommunications equipment, etc.) is the property of the INPI, and is managed by INPI staff, there is no outsourcing
