The subject of the contract is the performance of comprehensive laundry services in the years 2024 - 2026 consisting in water washing of clothing, personal clothing, personal uniforms and dry cleaning of soldiers' personal uniforms, special uniforms, work clothes, medical clothing along with delivery and collection to replacement warehouses indicated by the ordering party.
Task No. 1 - Provision of comprehensive laundry services – water washing for military units and institutions supplied by the 14th Military Economic Division.1) Provision of comprehensive water and dry cleaning services for the assortment included in the annex to the contract, along with delivery and collection to replacement warehouses - laundry collection points indicated by the Ordering Party.
2) As part of the provision of the service, the Contractor ensures that:
- All items of uniforms and equipment have been washed and thoroughly dried.
- Every item of uniform or equipment is clean (free of dirt, stains, water-soluble stains, bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms, including pathogens or pathogenic organisms), without unpleasant odors and lint.
- Cleaned items of uniform or equipment will be protected from any contamination that would make it necessary to clean the garment again.
- blood-soaked uniforms, including bulletproof vests, are cleaned;
- laundry soiled or contaminated with petroleum products or other hazardous materials must be cleaned separately in designated household appliances.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract along with the requirements for the execution of the contract shall include:
- price form - Annex No. 2.1, No. 2.2 to the SWZ;
- model agreement – Appendix No. 10 to the Terms of Reference.
