BCHG is looking to procure a Cloud hosted finance solution that will meet the requirements identified in the ITT and associated documents.

The supplier must be familiar with the Social Housing Sector and must be able to demonstrate experience of working in the sector with a system that meets regulatory and statutory requirements including Component Accounting and MTD.

The system must be modern, intuitive and enable open integration with other systems used by BCHG.

The system must be Cloud hosted and must include open APIs to allow integration with other systems including separate housing, repairs and asset management systems internally, with a further ability to integrate with external solutions including banking systems.

The system must meet current and future financial regulations including Component Accounting and MTD. The system supplier needs to be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of the Social Housing sector and the challenges facing the sector.

The solution needs to meet the requirements of modern day working therefore needs to be accessible by staff at any time from anywhere via any device and must include flexible reporting functionality.
