The Department (DAERA) requires an external Contractor to support the Department with the delivery of the Business Investment Scheme (BIS). There is a 15 000 000 GBP capital budget for the delivery of this Tier 1 Scheme. The overall aim of the Scheme, is to improve the business competitiveness and sustainability of agricultural and horticultural businesses.
