The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of sewage grates from the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Rzeszów and a service consisting in the collection and management of sewage sludge produced in the Sewage Treatment Plant in Rzeszów
Collection and management of skratek(a) The object of the contract is a service consisting in collection, transport and disposal by recovery
or disposal of waste with the code 19 08 01 – grids from the gratings of the Sewage Treatment Plant in Rzeszów,
b) The number of grids expected by the ordering party, which is the subject of the order, is about 700Mg +/- 20%.
c) Acceptance will take place in accordance with the schedule agreed with the Ordering Party.
d) The recovery or disposal of grids may be carried out by the methods provided for in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2
Act on Waste of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2022.699).
e) Loading of waste onto the recipient's cars will take place at the sewage treatment plant, by the employees and equipment of the Ordering Party.
f) The Ordering Party will allow entry to the Facility in order to collect the above-mentioned waste only on working days 7.00 to 14.00.
Collection and management of sewage sludgeThe subject of the contract is the collection and management of 16 000 Mg +/- 20% of stabilized municipal
sewage sludge, code 19 08 05, from the Sewage Treatment Plant in Rzeszów at 7a Ciepłownicza Street, from
compliance with the requirements set out in the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022
item 699) and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 6 February 2015 on municipal sludge
sewage (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 257).
Characteristics of waste to be managed.
1) Sludges may be used for the purposes specified in Article 96(1),(3) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699), i.e. for the cultivation of plants not intended for consumption and for the production of feed.
2) The Ordering Party stipulates that the given amount of sludge intended for management is an estimate and depends on the quantity and quality of sewage flowing to the treatment plant as well as on the degree of dewatering of municipal sewage sludge.
3) Sludges produced in sewage treatment plants in Rzeszów are in a synovial form.
4) In terms of bacteriology, parasitology and heavy metal content, municipal sewage sludge produced in a sewage treatment plant meets the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 6 February 2015 on municipal sewage sludge (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 257).
