The subject of the contract is the implementation of the Information System (hereinafter referred to as the System) – a language platform enabling people with disabilities to participate in foreign-English language classes through access to knowledge resources and distance learning at any place, time and pace, in a form adapted to their needs. The subject of the contract includes:  analysis with delivery of a pilot version  granting of a license to the system,  implementation of the System,  training  service care  audit of the finished platform in terms of meeting the WCAG 2.1 standard at the AA level. The functionality of the System, which is the subject of the contract, includes a language platform launched in the cloud model provided by the Contractor along with transfer to the Ordering Party's server. The Ordering Party informs that it is at the stage of proceeding the order related to the purchase of servers providing appropriate technical infrastructure necessary to move the platform. The order is related to the implementation of the project entitled "Music studies without barriers" no. POWR.03.05.00-00-A073/20 co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund", Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development for 2014-2020, Priority Axis III Higher education for economy and development, Measure 3.5. Comprehensive college curricula.)
